UNDULATION
A tribute to Botswana's Okavango Delta, Undulation captures the meanders of water through sweeping, undulating lines. Some of the rarest green diamonds the Earth has ever produced evoke the lush vegetation found in the Delta, while cabochon-cut diamonds recall droplets resting along the river's edge. The result is a distinct expression of the source waters that have nourished the Earth for millennia.
Undulation Cocktail Ring
At the heart of the design, a 3.08-carat oval-cut diamond is framed by a halo of tapered diamonds, before giving way to cabochon-cut diamonds and rare green rough diamonds. The cabochon-cut diamonds, a first for De Beers London High Jewellery, evoke the gentle presence of droplets along the river's edge.
Undulation Transformable Earrings
Two emerald-cut diamonds, each weighing over one carat, anchor a flowing composition of white diamonds, rare green rough diamonds and cabochon-cut diamonds, inspired by the waterways that shape the landscape of the Okavango Delta.
Undulation Bracelet
Undulating lines sweep across the wrist in a composition of white diamonds, cabochon-cut diamonds and rare green rough diamonds, centred on a 2.08-carat G VS1 oval-cut diamond.
Introducing Cabochon-Cut Diamonds
Introduced for the first time in High Jewellery, the Undulation designs are finished with cabochon-cut diamonds. Developed over five years by De Beers London, the specialised cutting technique creates a smooth, domed surface filled with luminous glow. With no facets to conceal inclusions, the cabochon cut places the diamond’s character fully on display, requiring rough diamonds of exceptional quality and purity alongside cutting-edge lapidary skills.
Undulation Toi et Moi Ring
Bringing together a 1.01-carat D VVS2 emerald-cut diamond and a 1.50-carat D VS2 oval-cut diamond, the design celebrates the interplay of contrasting forms, inspired by the winding waterways of the Okavango Delta.
